Order details: your name, email, phone, business name, country and the brief and photos you submit for your videos.

Payment information: handled by our payment provider. We receive confirmation of payment and a transaction reference, not your full card number.

Basic technical data your browser sends when you visit the site.

• To produce and deliver the videos you ordered.
• To contact you about your order — confirmations, your preview link, delivery and support.
• To process your payment and keep records required by law.
• To improve our service.

We share information only with the providers that help us run the service — our payment processor, email and messaging providers, and hosting/storage — and only as needed to deliver your order. We do not sell your information.

We use the materials you provide solely to create your videos. We may show finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to at hello@byfleischer.com.

We keep order records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete materials we no longer need to keep.
