Refund Policy

Every ByFleischer video is custom-made to your brief. This policy explains when an order can be cancelled or refunded. It is designed to be fair to you while reflecting that creative work is produced specifically for you.
Before production begins
If you change your mind before we start preparing your videos, contact us at hello@byfleischer.com and we will cancel your order and refund you in full.
After production begins
Once we have started producing your videos, the work is made specifically for you and cannot be resold. For that reason, orders in production are generally non-refundable.
We would rather make it right than leave you unhappy: if a delivered video does not match the brief you provided, tell us and we will revise it.
Revisions instead of refunds
Our preview-and-approval process exists so you only approve work you are happy with. If something is off, request a change from your preview link and we will refine the video toward your brief.
Exceptional cases
If we are unable to deliver your order at all, you are entitled to a full refund for the undelivered work.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
