ByFleischer is a premium product and ad video studio. We produce short commercial videos for your products and brand based on the photos, brief and creative direction you provide at checkout.

Each package specifies the number of videos included. Optional extras (such as additional videos) are shown and priced at checkout before you pay.

You confirm that you own, or have the rights to use, every photo, logo, name and material you submit, and that they do not infringe anyone else's rights.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your brief. Clear direction helps us deliver work that matches your vision.

You agree not to submit unlawful, infringing or offensive material.

After payment we begin preparing your videos. When a video is ready you receive a private preview link to review it.

You can approve each video or request a change from the preview page. Revisions are intended to refine the work toward the brief you provided.

Once you approve a video it is considered final and is delivered to you for download.

On full payment and your approval, you receive the rights to use the delivered videos for your own commercial and marketing purposes.

We may display finished work in our portfolio and marketing unless you ask us in writing not to.

Prices are shown at checkout in your selected currency. Payment is processed by our payment provider; we never store your full card details.

Your order is confirmed once payment is received.

Because each video is custom-made to your brief, cancellation and refund rights are limited once production has begun. Please see our Refund Policy for the full details.

We provide our services with care and professionalism. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
